At Queen of Apostles School the
Spanish Course has been designed to give the students the opportunity
to explore and to know the basis of another language emphasizing
oral and written communication. The students will be exposed to
the Spanish culture, traditions and will be learning some prays
in Spanish.
The goal that this course is pursuing is to give the students
the opportunity to cover the basis of a second language to be as
much prepared as they can to succeed in life.

GRADING
Grades will be based on:
1. Class Participation 15%
2. Homework 25%
3. Test and Quizzes 40%
4. Projects 20%
HOMEWORK
Will be assigned weekly. It must be completed and ready to turn
in by the first day of class on the next week. If a student miss
a class, he or she will be responsible for the weekly homework unless
extenuating circumstances. The student should access to the Spanish
class page on our website www.queenofapostlesschool.org , click
on Mrs. Kado’s teacher page to find the assignments.
The 8th grade students will take a placement test at the end of
the year to be eligible to take the Spanish level II High School
Course.
