To apply to Queen of Apostles Catholic School you will need to print out the following documents,
complete each page and return to the school office for submission

1 Application Information Packet, Tuition Schedule 08-09, Tuition Policy 07-08, E-mail Registry
2 Application Forms (Kindergarten requires forms different than those for Grades 1 - 8)
3 Virginia School Entrance Health Form
4 Extended Day Program 07-08 Information (If extended day will be required for your student)

Once accepted to the school, Catholic families may apply for Financial Aid
through the Arlington Diocese tuition assistance plan. Click the icon below.
